Funeral services for Mrs. May Harriet Peltier were held Monday, Nov. 4, at 2 p.m. in the Canaday-Boos Funeral Home. The Rev. A.J. Copeland officiated and burial was in the Old Burg Cemetery in Middleport Township.
Mrs. Peltier died Friday, Nov. 1, in a Kankakee nursing home. She had resided in Momence before entering the home six years ago.
She was born May 14, 1867 in Middleport Township in Iroquois county. Survivors include sons, Roy of Portland, Ind., and Verne of Momence; and a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Block, Momence.
