Lottie Calkins Rites Set for Wednesday
Services for Mrs. Lottie Agnes Calkins, 90, of 153 S. Chautauqua, who died Sunday, will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Byrd-Snodgrass Funeral Home East. Burial will be in Wichita Park Cemetery.
She was born Nov. 1, 1874, at Martinton, Ill. She came to Wichita in 1909 from Beatrice, Neb.
Mrs. Calkins was a member of College Hill Methodist Church and Woman's Society of Christian Service.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Hattie L. Dean, of the home; a son, Howard M. Calkins, 3711 E. Central; two stepsons, Leslie W. Calkins, Anaheim, Calif., and Ray J. Calkins, Beatrice; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Hartman, Pittsburgh, Pa.; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
