Mrs. Joyce Ann Dancy, age 63, wife of William "Bill" Harold Dancy, of North Wilkesboro, died Saturday, December 16, 2006 at her home. Mrs. Dancy was born April 10, 1943 in Wilkes County to Dewey and Virginia Wood Adams.
Surviving are her husband of the home; one son, Ronald Keith Atwood of Winston Salem; three brothers, Wayne Adams, Dean Adams, Roby Adams all of Millers Creek; and three sisters, Bobby Benge, Faye Hendren both of Millers Creek, Carol Stroud of Columbia, SC.
Memorial services were held Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at Cricket Baptist Church with the Rev. Dean Rector and the Rev. Sherrill Wellborn officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Wilkes, 1907 West Park Drive, North Wilkesboro, NC
