PAINTED POST – Services for Mrs. Gladys Whatman Smith, 65, formerly of Ithaca, who died Friday at Corning Memorial Hospital after a long illness, were today at the Carpenter Funeral Home, Corning.
Mrs. Smith was employed for many years at Corning Glass Co.
Surviving are her husband, Ernest L., and two brothers, Frederick of Endicott and Donald Whatman of Groton.
