Mr. Dyess was born and raised in Neshoba County and had lived in Meridian and Philadelphia. She was a member of Disabled American Veterans women's organization, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Association of Retired Persons, Neshoba County senior citizens organizations and Jones Memorial Methodist Church in Meridian.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Sondra Largin of Haughton, La.; son Ronnie Hankinson of Bossier City, La,; sisters Mrs. Joan Moulds of Meridian and Mrs. Charlotte Mason of Bushnell, Fla.; brothers, Adloph McLemore and Casper McLemore, both of Philadelphia; and two grandchildren.
