Benjamin Bartleman, a former resident of Emmet county, died at Frazee, Minnesota last Thursday. The body was brought to this city Friday and funeral services were held at the Mahlum & Anderson undertaking parlors Saturday afternoon. Mr. Bartleman came to Emmet county twenty-seven years ago and moved to a farm near Huntington, where he resided until seven years ago. He had many friends in the Huntington neighborhood, who will be pained to learn of his death. He was a man well liked by his neighbors, honest and a hard worker, He made friends readily with his sunny disposition.
