From the Little Falls Herald of Friday, 5 Jun 1914: Peter Czarnowski of Culdrum passed away yesterday morning, at an age of 21 years. Death resulted from appendicitis, from which he suffered for one day.
Deceased is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Czarnowski of Culdrum.
The funeral will be held from the Flensburg Catholic church tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock. In Interment will be in the church cemetery.
