Mrs. June Cash, age 66, Indianapolis, died January 7, 1981, in Community Hospital, Indianapolis. Born in Hendricks County on July 6, 1914, she was the daughter of Buford and Vannie (Merritt) Leak. She was married to George Cash who preceded her in death. A former nurse, she founded the Golden Rule Nursing Home in Danville. She was a member of the Lizton Christian Church. Services were conducted on January 10 at the Weaver Funeral Home in Danville with Rev. Russell Harrison officiating. Burial was in the Mounts Runn Cemetery near Lebanon. Survivors include four nieces, Jane Grooms and Diana LaPine, both of Lizton; Deborah Hall of Montgomery, Alabama and Kathy Helt of Rochester; five great-nieces and nephews. A brother, James Leak, and a sister, Alice Hall, preceded.
