Martha E. Peper, 91, RR 2, Loganville, died Sunday, 6 March at the Sauk County Health Care Center after a short illness.
She was born 30 December 1885 in Washington Township, Sauk County to Frederick and Louise (nee Ruehlow) Blank. She was married to William Peper 13 August 1908 in Hillpoint. He died 12 July 1962.
Services were held Wednesday 9 March at St John's in Hillpoint with Rev Glenn L. Moldenhauer officiating. Burial was at St John's Cemetery in Hillpoint.
Survivors include five sons, Theodore, Arthur, Gerhart, Edwin, of Loganville and Herman of Reedsburg; two daughters, Mrs Ervin H. (Ruth) Vollbrecht of Reedsburg and Mrs Clarence (Arlene) Neumann of Fond du Lac: 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Theodore and Herbert Blank of Reedsburg; and three sisters, Mrs Paul (Esther) Kolba of Reedsburg, Mrs Neil (Selma) Harris of Hobart, Indiana., and Mrs Arthur (Hilda) Haase of Chicago.
