Elijah Edmonds, 81, Dies at Nursing Home
Elijah Edmonds, 81, McLouth, died Friday at the Fairview Nursing Home. He was retired and had farmed in the community for most of his life.
He was a member of the Edmonds Evangelical United Brethren Church.
He is survived by three sons, Russell and Gensler of McLouth and Victor of Oskaloosa; one sister, Rachel Edmonds of McLouth; two brothers, A. J. Edmonds of Towell, Wyo., and Ralph Edmonds of McLouth; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be today at the Edmonds Church with the Rev. John Gilbert officiating. Burial will be in the McLouth Cemetery.
The Bradford Funeral Home is in charge of the services.
