He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jennie Thompson Foley, four sons, Edward and John, Amenia; Lewis, Canaan, CT; Robert, Bristol, CT; brother Edward P, Amenia; sisters Miss Catherine Foley, White Plains; Mrs. Thomas Hoffman, Chatham; 5 grandchildren
