Benjamin P. Foley, 24, died instantly in an automobile accident in Amenia yesterday. The husband of Cecelia Mechetti, will be buried Saturday in the Catholic cemetery in Amenia. He was born in Amenia, the son of William & Jennie Foley. He is also survived by brothers Edward, John, Lewis & Robert.
