Mrs. William Foley, 73, died last Thursday morning at her home in Amenia. Her husband died in 1947. The former Miss Jennie Thompson, she was born in the town of Stanford, Sept 19, 1879, the daughter of the late William & Delia Quinn Thompson. She resided in Amenia most of her life. Surviving are four sons, Edward F, and John, both Amenia; Lewis, Cromwell, Conn; Robert, Beacon; four brothers, Benjamin, Robert & William Thompson, all Amenia; Daniel, Long Branch, NJ; sisters Ida Flynn and Mrs. Minnie Varney, Amenia; 8 grandchildren.
