Manro Yohn, 72, of Westminster, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 1995, at
the University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore.
Born July 22, 1923, in Winfield, he was the son of the late Ray and
Addie Barnes Yohn. He was the husband of Pauline Yohn.
He was retired from William F. Myers & Sons Inc., where he
worked as a bookkeeper. He was an Army veteran of World War II
and the Korean War. He was a member of the Westminster
United Methodist Church, a life member of the VFW Post #467 of
Westminster and the American Legion Carroll Post #31 of Westminster.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are daughter and son-in-law Vikki
and Albert Janocha of Smallwood; mother-in-law Nellie Jenkins of
Westminster; sisters Esther Byers of Westminster, Thelma Lockard of
Reisterstown and Ruth Bricker of Taneytown; and two granddaughters.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Pritts Funeral
Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, with his
pastor, the Rev. David Highfield, officiating. Interment will be in
Meadow Branch Cemetery, Westminster.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at
the funeral home.
