JANESVILLE - Mary C. Schwenkner, age 84, of 1534 S. Grant, died this morning, Fri., May 27, 1988, at Mercy Hospital. She was born Dec. 10, 1903 in Granton, WI, the daughter of John and Maude Babcock Robinson. She was married to Albert Schwenkner July 30, 1923 in Janesville; he preceded her in death. She had lived in Janesville most of her adult life and was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church.
Surviving are three sons: Wayne and Leon of Janesville and Cecil of Ledyard, CT; 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at St. Peter Lutheran Church Tues. at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Carl Engstrom officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. [transcribed by Jon Saunders, contributor 47674050]
