Edgerton - George Robinson, 64, died Tuesday night in Edgerton Memorial Hospital following a long illness.

The son of John A. and Dora Babcock Robinson, he was born April 8, 1890, in Rock County. He was married to Lucia Beaty on Dec. 25, 1914. She died in 1946. He farmed in the Town of Fulton for many years before retiring in 1946.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Homer Smith, Janesville, Mrs. Orley Pastorius, Santa Ana, Calif., and Mrs. Donald Garey, Edgerton; six grandchildren; his father, John Robinson, Janesville; a brother, Cecil, of Edgerton; three sisters, Mrs. Roy Nelson, Edgerton, Mrs. Albert Schwenkner and Mrs. William Allen, both of Janesville.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Jones Funeral Home and at 2 p.m. in the Methodist Church, the Rev. Paul Smith officiating. Burial will be in Fassett Cemetery.
