"BAREVILLE RESIDENT FOUND DEAD IN HOME.
Mrs. Barbara Burkhart Victim of Apoplexy, Says Dr. L. K. LESLIE.
FUNERAL ON FRIDAY.
Mrs. Barbara, wife of John Z. Burkhart, of Bareville, was found dead on the kitchen floor of her home, yesterday morning at 7:30 o'clock by her son, Aaron. Dr. L. K. Leslie, of Bareville, was summoned and pronounced death due to a stroke of apoplexy.
She was seventy-two years of age and was a member of the Groffdale Mennonite Church.
Besides her husband these children survive: Aaron and Elizabeth Musselman, both of Bareville; Noah, York County; twenty grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. One brother, Mathias Horst, of Bowmansville, also survives.
Funeral services will be held from her late home Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock with further services at 2 o'clock in the Groffdale Mennonite Church. Burial will be made in the adjoining cemetery."
