Oakdale - Funeral services for Garvin Joseph LeJeune, 55, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept 4 in Emmanuel Baptist Church. The Revs Sam Martin & Danny White will officiate.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery under direction of Ardoin Funeral Home. Visitation is at the funeral home until time of services.
Mr. LeJeune died at 3:47 a.m. Wednesday at his residence.
He was a retired Civil Service communications engineer & an Army veteran.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Louise (Slayton) LeJeune, three sons: Garvin Mark LeJeune of Oakdale, William David LeJeune of Eunice & Jeffrey Joseph LeJeune of Alabama, one daughter: Rebecca Ann (LeJeune) Johnson of Oakdale, two brothers: Louis Agesson LeJeune of Jennings & Floyd Adam LeJeune of Lake Arthur, two sisters: Esther (LeJeune) Bergeron & Elrena (LeJeune) Courville of Jennings and eleven grandchildren.
