Nima K. Foster, 72, of Evansville, passed away on Sunday, February 29, 2004, at Angel River Health & Rehabilitation Center in Newburgh.
Nima retired in 1988, after 22 years as an O.B. Technician with St. Mary's Medical Center. She was a member of Fairlawn United Methodist Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 2953.
Nima is survived by her husband, Jack Foster of Evansville; daughters, Monna Smith and her husband, Harold of Newburgh, Teresa Foster-Roberts and her husband, Steve of Newburgh and Melanie Foster of Evansville; sons, Richard Foster and his wife, Ladora of Peoria, Arizona, and Jack D. Foster of Evansville; sisters, Glenda Hill of Evansville, Sue Oran and her husband, John, also of Evansville and Georgia Alexander of Providence, Kentucky; and grandchildren, Andrew, Adam, Scott, Victoria and Mitchell Foster.
Services will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 3, at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 South Hebron Avenue, with Dr. Wayne Smith officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. today, March 2, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to VistaCare hospice. The family would like to thank the dedicated staff of Angel River Health & Rehabilitation Center for their care and support.
