Glenda Mae Hill, 87, Henderson, passed away Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, at Medco Center of Henderson.
She was born May 17, 1920, in Webster County. She was a realtor in Florida, where she had lived for many years. She was formerly a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Evansville and attended First Assembly Church of God in Henderson. She was a member of the Baptist Women at Calvary, was in the Singles Group Sunday School and was a member of the Oasis Sunday School at First Assembly Church of God. She was a member of the American Association of Retired People in Evansville, was formerly a member of the New Camera Club, belonged to a walking club called Silver Striders and enjoyed traveling.
Glenda was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton Hill, who died in 1980.
She is survived by her sister, Georgia Alexander of Providence; caregiver, Penny Coffey; many nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Revs. Allan Pollock and Kevin Stone. There will be no graveside services.
Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
