Pascal was the son of Robert Young and Lydia Gould Young. He married Cyntha Phillips January 3, 1818. They were the parents of Lyman Phillips, Alonzo Augustus, Earl Elijah, Sanford Brown, Cemantha, Lucinda, Robert, Edwin, Daniel Webster, Eliza, Cordelia Phillips, Harriet Esther and Loyal Young.
