Lois Lynn Adams, 32, of Hannibal, died at 3:25 a.m. June 18, 1998, at Ellis Fischel Hospital in Columbia.
Funeral services for Mrs. Adams will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Southside Christian Church. The Rev. Tim Goodman will officiate. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park.
Mrs. Adams was born Jan. 3, 1966, in Hannibal to Homer and Elaine Webber Zumwalt Sr.
She was married to Gregory Fred Adams on July 21, 1989, in Hannibal. He survives.
Other survivors include her mother; three daughters, Brandy Lynn Stevenson, Kelly Sue Stevenson and Keri Beth Stevenson; one stepdaughter, Kristen Marie Adams; one stepson, Grant Allen Adams; seven brothers, Homer Edward Zumwalt, Roger Lee Zumwalt, Mathew Allen Zumwalt, Daniel Earl Zumwalt, Wayne Zumwalt and Ray Zumwalt, all of Hannibal and Stoney Zumwalt of New London; and two sisters, Amy Davis and Rachel Ard, both of Hannibal.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Leroy Zumwalt.
She was a member of Southside Christian Church.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the donor's choice or to the children's fund.
Pallbearers will be Homer Zumwalt, Roger Zumwalt, Daniel Zumwalt, Stoney Zumwalt, Ray Zumwalt, Wayne Zumwalt and Mathew Zumwalt.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Rickey, Don Rickey, James Dickerson, Jack Dickerson, Dennis Davis and Tom Yarborough.
