Julia was the daughter of Antoine and Eleanor Peltier. She married Louis Landry on 7 Sep 1869 in Champlain, Clinton County, New York. Soon after they were married, they moved to the state of Illinois, living there a short time before settling in Cloud County, Kansas. Six months before her death, Julia moved to Minnesota to be with her daughter and family.
