Graveside services, with Masonic rites were held Sunday afternooon in the Center Point Cemetery for Earl Davenport, 69, a life-long resident of Bandera County. His death occurred last Friday at the Veterans Administration Hospital, where he had been a patient for two weeks. He was a ranchman, and had a host of friends and relatives in the area.
He is survived by his wife of the home address, a stepson, Mansfield Autry of Comfort; two sisters, Misses Polly and Josephine Davenport of Center Point; a brother, Bob Davenport of Comfort and two grandchildren.
