OBITUARY OF MRS. GOTTLIEB KUESTER

Mrs. Wilhemine Kuester, daughter of Wilhelm and Johanna Reinke, was born May 6, 1864 in the Town of Herman, Sheboygan County, Wis. She was baptized in early infancy and confirmed on April 12, 1878. She spent her childhood and early youth in and about the Town of Herman.

On April 25, 1888 she was united in marriage with Gottlieb Kuester. Their union was blessed with six sons and two daughters. Three sons preceded her in death, dying in early infancy. One son, Henry, died in the year 1927, reach an age of 36 years.
On the third of May 1888 she came with her husband to Clark County and they settled on a farm in the Town of Warner, where she resided until her death. She became a member of the Immanuel Reformed Church in the year 1889, and has also been an active member of the Ladies Aid since it was organized. She was well known throughout this community, enjoying many friends and acquaintances.
After a brief illness of about two weeks she was taken to her final reward on Monday Morning July 2nd, 1934, at the age of 70 years, 1 month and 26 days.

She leaves to mourn her death, two daughters, Lydia (Mrs. Julius Dill), Greenwood, Wis. Ella (Mrs. Albert Fravert) of the Town of Warner two sons, Wilhelm and Norbert of the Town of Warner and twenty-one grandchildren. Besides these she leaves to mourn her death three brothers, Herman, August and Charles Reinke of Sheboygan County and one sister, Mrs. George Brill, Calumet, Mich., and a host of friends.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon from the Immanuel Reformed Church, Rev. P. H. Franzmeier officiating.

Gunewald and son William, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wesener, Menhard Strassburg, of Cleveland, Wis. Mr. and Mrs. Christ Kuester, Keil, Wis. Mr. and Mrs. John Lukesh and son Walter of Milwaukee, Wis. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Reinke, Mrs. Wm. Dehne of Colby, Wis. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kuester, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Studki, Mrs. Otto Dux, Mrs. H. G. Haight of Neillsville, Wis. Peter Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mattauch of Alma, Wis. Mrs. A. C. Haight of Marshfield, Wis. Mrs. Emma Trimberger and son Hugo of Granton, Wis.
