'Bud' Hill 4 Passes Away This Morning
Eugene "Bud" Hill 54, 1924 South K street, died unexpectedly this morning at his work at Delco Remy, Anderson. Death occurred at 1 a.m. Born in Windfall June 27, 1916 to Elmer and Pearl Walser Hill, he married Blanch Parker June 11, 1935. She survives. He was a member of the Masonic lodge and local 662 union. Surviving with the widow are two sons, Kenny Hill of Elwood and Bill of Anderson; four brothers, Bill, David and Tom, all of Elwood and Dick of Alexandria; six sisters, Joyce McElfresh of Elwood, Irene Wantland, Mary Ervin and Betty Crowder, all of Kokomo and Carrie Richardson and Wilma Parker, both of Alexandria. The body has been taken to the Dunnichay funeral home where friends may call after 7 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in the Elwood city cemetery.
