MANUEL LORENZO
A rosary will be recited and mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Aloysius Cataholic Church in Tulare for Manuel V. "Pete' Lorenzo, 71, Tulare, who died Sataurday at home.

Mr. Lorenzo was born in Lolita. His family moved to Tulare when he was two and a half years old. He was a graduate of Buena Vista School in Tulare. With his brothers and father he operated a dairy in Tulare from the mid 1930's until 1945. In 1945, he began his own custom haybailing and land-leveling business. In 1953, he started farming, retiring in 1962.

He married Jaunita Churchwell in 1941 in Reno Nev.;She died in 1984. He was a member of St Aloysius Church and the Tulare Egles Lodge.

He is survived by one son, Micheal Lorenzo, Tulare; one daugher, Marcia Cardoza, Tipton; one brother Frank Loremzo Sr., Tulare; four sisters, Mary Ornellas, Olivia Coelho, Wilhelmina Borges, and Belmida Lorenzo, all of Tulare; and six granddaughters.

The Rev.Richard Urizalqui will officiate. Burial will be in the Tulare Cemetery. A family mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Aloysius. Rememberances may be sent to Hospice of Tulare County, 208 W. Main St. Suite H, Visalia, CA93291. Arrangements are by Miller's Tulae Funeral Home.
