Nellie was the oldest of four children born to Joseph R. 'Joe' and Maggie Lillie (Foust) Younger. She married Clyde Hall and they were the parents of three children: Clyde Donald, (infant daughter) and Casandra Kay.

BURLINGTON - Mrs. Nellie Younger Hall, 78, of 1205 Grace Ave. died Thursday at her home.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at McClure Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.
A native of Alamance County, she was a homemaker and a member of Glen Hope Baptist Church.
Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Kay Hall Swofford of Greensboro; son, C. Donald Hall of Burlington; sister, Mrs. Hazel Loy of Burlington; three grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. today, other times at the residence.
