MARION - Lanneau Ammons, 54, died Wednesday in a Florence hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday in Smith Brothers Funeral Home by Paul O. Batson, Jr. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Ammons is survived by two brothers, A. Demont Ammons and Arthur W. Ammons, both of Marion; two sisters, Mrs. R. A. (Grace) Stephenson of Marion and Mrs. J. Felder (Katie) Clark of Florence.
He was a son of the late Walton and Viola Brown Ammons of Marion.
