Funeral services for Mrs. W.S. Gaither, who died Wednesday night at her home, 3806 Henry street, will be held at 3 o'clock this afternoon at the Lee Street Methodist Church, with the pastor, Rev. Ben Bell, officiating. Interment will be in the Old Concord cemetery at Jacobia.

Pallbearers will be: H.H. Cassles, Walter Waddle, Carl Waddle, Emmett Waddle, Will Spradling and Robert Waddle, all nephews of Mrs. Gaither. The arrangements are in charge of the James-Coker-Peters Funeral Home.
