Larry N. Culler, 76, of 331 Schrock Pl SW, died Wednesday afternoon in Massillon City Hospital after an illness of a year. Mr. Culler was born in Massillon and spent his life here. He was a machinist with the former Griscom-Russell Co. here and until World War II was a partner in an auto repair business on Rt 236, north of Massillon. He was a member of Eagles Lodge 190 and the International Association of Machinists, Local 550 of Massillon.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. James E. (Marie) Reed, Mrs. Norman (Mabel) Schall, Mrs. George (Betty) Rohr, all of Massillon; a son, Merle L. Culler of Massillon; three brothers, Perry L. Culler, Albert C. Culler and Dewey G. Culler, all of Massillon and 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the Gordon-Shaidnagle-Hollinger Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert Gamber, pastor of St. John's United Church of Christ, officiating. Interment will be made in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
