Culler, a plant department foreman for Ohio Bell in Canton, started his career in Massillon in 1923 as a splicer's helper. Over the years he has held many positions, and was promoted to splicing foreman in 1940. A native of Perry Township, Culler is a member of St. John's United Church of Christ.
