Elmer H. Hacker, 71, of Route 1, Valders, died Monday afternoon, March 14, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, Valders, and burial will be in Grace Lutheran Cemetery, Valders.
Mr. Hacker was born July 18, 1912, in the Town of Liberty, son of the late Martin and Alvina Sonnenberg Hacker. He attended Liberty schools and farmed in the Town of Liberty his entire lifetime. He was also employed with Manitowoc Engineering Company until his retirement. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
Survivors include two brothers and sisters-in-law. Harold and Evelyn Hacker and Lester and Clara Hacker and a sister and brother-in-law, Sylvia and Lester Mittnacht of Manitowoc and nieces and nephews.
