He was born to Dennis D. and Carolyn Hunt Hamilton on a farm north of Morning Sun May 24, 1896. He married Grace Margaret Gary March 11, 1932, at Memphis, Missouri.
He had operated a road maintainer in Louisa county for 41 years.
Surviving: his wife, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday, United Methodist church, Morning Sun, the Reverend Fred Harris; Elmwood cemetery, Morning Sun.
