Frances Fayrene Lowe, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, February 07, 2012 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was born October 22, 1942 in Scott County, Tennessee to the late Jake Harness and Flora Mae Jeffers Harness.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ledford Lowe; Son: James Randy Lowe; Grand Daughters: Jennifer Lowe and Deanna Childs; Sisters: Trucilla Angel and Izella Miller.


She is survived by her Children: Johnny Lowe and wife Donna of Tellico Plains, Tennessee, Steve Lowe and wife Rita of Ringgold, Georgia, Vanessa Childs and husband David of Clinton, Tennessee; (8) Grandchildren: Chris Lowe, Ashley Williams and husband Devin, James Lowe, Corey Lowe and Amber, Justin Lowe, Candace Lowe and husband Jerry, Leighann Childs and husband Jason Poland and Adam Childs; (5) Great Grandchildren: Jeremiah Lowe Lane, Jacob Poland, Hailey Poland, Deanna Poland, Hayden Gage; Brother: Ronnie Harness and wife Anna of Huntsville; Sisters: Joyce Bowling and husband Jimmy of Dalton, Georgia, Jerri Crabtree and husband Charles of LaFollette, Tennessee; Special family member: Franny Keeton; several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly and many other family and friends.


The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 P.M. until time of funeral services at 8:00 P.M., Thursday Evening, February 9, 2012 in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville with Bro. Carlie Duncan and Bro. Dudley Harness Officiating. Music will be provided by the Gospel Trio and Lindsay Terry. Graveside services will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday Morning, February 10, 2012 in the Winona Cemetery.


Pallbearers will be Darren Terry, Jerry Lane, Jason Poland, Corey Lowe, Chris Lowe, James Lowe, Adam Childs and Steve Lowe.
