1830 Census-Lewis Co., VA Hannah Jervice (20-30) with 5 children: 3 sons and 2 daughters.
Joseph Jarvis died (drowned) in 1829. He and his wife, Hannah Burkhammer-Jarvis are buried at (Bailey)-Fisher Cem., on Murphy's Creek, about 6 miles from Weston, Lewis Co., WV (on County Rd. 22). They were married in Lewis County, VA(WV), May 12, 1821 by the Rev. Thomas Maxom.
Joseph and Hannah share the marker, the incription notes that both died at age 70, which I believe is wrong for both parties.
Hannah is listed in the 1850 census of Lewis Co., age 49, living with her son, James, and family.
