Billy R. Hayes

Billy R. Hayes, son of the late James L. Hayes and Floss M. Hunt Hayes was born on February 2, 1935 at Dudley, Missouri and died on February 10, 2012 at the Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 77.
Mr. Hayes was a member of the Dexter Church of Christ, a retired Veteran of the United States Army and a resident of Dexter.
On December 9, 1957 he was united in marriage to Shirley Frazier at Essex, Missouri. Mrs. Hayes survives of their home in Dexter.
Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Billy R. Hayes Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colorado; by two daughters, Sheena R. Remeta of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Donna K. Martin of Colorado Springs, Colorado; by two brothers, Paul D. Hayes of Essex and Delbert L. Hayes of Dexter; by two sisters, Wanda L. Hill of Dexter and Imogene F. Miller of Arnold, Missouri; by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one son Michael Eugene Hayes in infancy and by one brother Jimmy C. Hayes.
