HAYES, JAMES CLAYTON, of Waterford; October 16, 2005; age 79, Father of Karen Sue Laffey, Robert (Pam) Hayes, Pamela Lavoie and Nancy Jones; also survived by 8 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; brother of Bill Hayes, Wanda Sides, Jean Miller, Paul Hayes and Delbert Hayes. Jim was a member of Dixie Baptist Church. He retired in 1975 from Pontiac Motor after 35 years of service. He served in the U.S. Navy See-Bees during W.W. II and the Korean War. Funeral Service Wednesday 12:30 p.m. at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Trust 100 Funeral Home, Clarkston where friends may visit Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
