NATIVE BLUE RIDGE RESIDENT PASSES AWAY SATURDAY

Mrs. Mary Frances Driggers, 88, died Saturday at her home in Bonham.
She was a former resident of Blue Ridge, Collin County, where she lived most of her life. She was married to G. L. Driggers in Farmersville in 1883.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Geneva Rich of McKinney, Mrs. Oscar Calhoun of Blue Ridge; three sons, A. L. Driggers of McKinney; Virgil Driggers of Hot Springs, Ark., Chester Driggers of Blue Ridge, and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services Monday, 1 p.m. Turrentine-Jackson Funeral Chapel in McKinney. Rev. Arthur Dyer of Murphy and Rev. Herb Dickinson of McKinney, officiating; interment Blue Ridge Cemetery.
