West Lawn - William died at the home of his son in law and daughter Mr. & Mrs. Edward Dry 2114 Noble St. this borough age 79. Born in Honeybrook Twp., Chester Co., he was the son of the late James and Rachel (Suplee) Buchanan. He was a member of Methodist denomination. He is a retired farmer. Surviving are 2 children Bessie wife of Edward Dry and Frank of Honeybrook, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 brothers John, Reading; Joseph, Elverson; and 3 sisters Bessie wife of Bessie wife of Daniel Burkhart, Plowville; Catharine wife of Elmer Sherman, Reading; Mrs. Laura Glass, Joanna Heights. His wife Abbie (Schaeffer) died 3 years ago. Funeral Wed May 27, 2 pm at Eppihimer Funeral Home, Honeybrook. Interment at Methodist Church Cemetery, Honeybrook.
