CLYDE — Albert G. Fletcher, 83, died Wednesday in an Abilene hospital.
Graveside services with Masonic rites will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 24, at the Clyde Cemetery with the Rev. Dennis Williams officiating, directed by Bailey Funeral Home of Clyde.
Mr. Fletcher was born in Miller's View in Concho County and graduated from Miller's View High School. He married Annie Ruth Boydstun on Dec. 24, 1939. They lived in Natchitoches and Houston before returning to Clyde in 1974. He was a truck driver for Greyhound Van Lines and was also a farmer. He was a member of the Clyde Masonic Lodge 1056, Order of the Eastern Star 308, Scottish Rite, and Cherry Heights Baptist Church.
