Private funeral services will be held Friday for Mrs. Hilda B. Taylor, a long time resident of Atherton, who died yesterday at the Menlo Park extended care hospital. She was 83. Mrs. Taylor was a native of Lodi. She resided on Patricia Drive in Atherton for 20 years before entering the hospital 18 months ago. her husband, Walter, is also a resident at the hospital. Mrs. Taylor was a long time member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church of Redwood City. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Taylor is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Douglas Johnson of Atherton and Mrs. Robert G. Walch of Shaker Heights, Ohio; six grandchildren, and sever great-grandchildren. Services are scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m. at the Redwood Chapel, 847 Woodside Road, Redwood City, with Pastor John Uhlig of Redeemer Lutheran officiating. Entombment will be at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, Colma.
