VIRGINIA G. BOWEN, 87, passed away Monday, June 1, 2009 at Muncie Health Care after an extended illness.
She was born April 24, 1922, in Tateville, Kentucky, to George and Delta Mae Vaughn Hollars.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Dolly Wallace, Elsie Brotherton, Grace Masters and Ruby Stigall; and three brothers, Harold, Buster and William Hollars.
Services for Virginia will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at Parson Mortuary with Rev. Dennis Trimble officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Cemetery.
