Mrs. Adele Wempen Cruze a former resident of Alton, died at 12:45 a.m. today in Washington, Mo., where she made her home. Mrs. Cruze lived in Alton about eight years ago. She was the widow of Pascal W. Cruze.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Paul R. Farris of Washington, three grandchildren, a great-grandchild, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Nieburg and Vitt Funeral Home in Washington. Graveside services and interment will be at 4 p.m. Monday in Alton City Cemetery.
