A lifelong area resident, she was born July 17, 1923, in Conewango Valley, the daughter of the late Harold and Elva Barhite Rhoades.
Glendine was a graduate of Ellington High School, and in earlier years was em-ployed by Swanson Machine, Weber Knapp and Jamestown General Hospital. Prior to retirement she was employed by Dr. Torrance's office in James-town.
Surviving are two sisters: Genevieve Hussey of Lake Mary, Fla., and Sharon Smith of Randolph; nieces and nephews: Troy Smith, Shari O'Brien, Dennis Rhoades, Donald Rhoades, Diane Lecceardone and Sandra Tonger.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond L. Rhoades.
