Adolph Mehlhoff and Frank Koech. Prayers were said Monday evening at Humphries Funeral Chapel
at Taber, under whose direction the burial arrangements were completed.
Mrs. Pakarno passed away on Friday, December 30, at the Holy Cross hospital at Calgary. she was born In Russia
on November 26, 1911, coming to Canada as an infant, She resided at Lethbridge during her entire life except for the past five years when Her family resided at Hays. She was married on February 10,1934 and predeceased by her husband on April 13, 1959. Survivors include three .sons Gilbert of Vauxhall, Otto and
Jerry of Hays-; three daughters Mrs. Marie Gertzen of Vauxhall. and Mrs, Antonio Jones and Miss
Linda Pakarno of Hays, and four grandchildren.
