Former Cache Woman Buried, Mendon— Funeral services for Mrs. Otto Andersen were held Tuesday at the home of Mr. Andersen's mother, Mrs. Sophia Andersen of Mendon. Mrs. Andersen died at her home in Arbon, Idaho, and services were held there Tuesday morning. Speakers at the local services were Mormon D. Bird, Bishop Hyrum Hansen of Malad and Bishop Henry C. Sorensen. Musical numbers were a vocal duet by Joseph C. Sorensen and Mrs. Melvin Muir and a vocal duet by Orval Lund and Marilla Spencer of Brigham City. Prayers were by George Andersen of Malad City and Edgar S. Hancock. Interment was in the Mendon cemetery and the grave was dedicated by Joseph T. Wood. Mrs. Andersen was born at Brigham City, Utah, September 11th, 1871, the daughter of James and Margaret Grunstrup Hansen. She married Otto Andersen June 26th, 1902 and he, with the following children, survives: Clara, Norma, Katherine, Poppie, Harold and Ruth. All are of Arbon except Norma who is in training at a Logan hospital. Brothers and sisters surviving are Eli Hansen of Ogden, Mrs. O.D. Peterson and Hilda Hansen of Salt Lake City and Mrs. A.H.
