LAMOND — passed away at
Taber on Saturday, November
16, William Craig of Vauxhall,
at the age of 55 years. Beloved
husband of Mrs. Alta Lamond,
Vauxhall. Other survivors include
two sons, Jerald and
James, Vauxhall, one daughter,
Mrs. Leslie (Barbara Ann)
Norgardt of Edmonton; one
brother, John of Vauxhall; one
sister, Mrs. Telman (Jean)
Johnson, Vauxhall and one
grandchild. Predeceased by
one son, William. Mr. Lamond
was born at Medicine Hat, August
5, 1913, moved to Vauxhall
with his parents in 1928
Farmed from 1936 to 1940 and
worked as a mechanic. He
married the former Alta Johnson
at Taber, April 20,1936. Funeral
services will be conducted
from the Bethel Evangelical
Free Church in Vauxhall on
Tuesday, November 19, at 2
p.m., with Rev. Keith McNeil
officiating. Interment will follow
in the Vauxhall Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to
the Evangelical Free Church
Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
