Agatha Friesen, born February 17, 1928 in Beaverlodge, Alberta, passed away in Taber on Monday, January 16, 2012 at the age of 83 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
A private family burial will take place at the Vauxhall Cemetery prior to the funeral service.
The Funeral Service for family and friends will be held at the Bethel Evangelical Free Church, 504 - 3 Avenue, Vauxhall on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Ken Easterbrook officiating.
Aggie is survived by her brother Pete (Mary) Lowen of Vauxhall; sisters Sarah Fast of Calgary, Lena Janzen of Vauxhall, Anne Skretting of Lethbridge, Mary (Jake) Unruh of Vauxhall and Betty (Mike) Giacchetta of Coaldale as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was predeceased by her husband Hank, mother, father, five brothers, four brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law and three nieces.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Aggie's name may be made directly to the Taber and District Health Foundation, 4326 - 50 Avenue, Taber, Alberta T1G 1N9
