John Elliott was only 30 years old when he passed away on 1919. Cause of his death at such an early age is unknown. He was the second son of Isaiah and Elizabeth 'Lizzie' H. (Shell) Elliott. He was preceded in death by his father, d.1885, his brother, William Elliott, d.1909 and his mother Elizabeth, d.1941.
All his many half brothers and sisters through his father's previous marriages have passed through the years. John's connection to my family is through these two half-sisters my great-grandmother Melvina Rebecca (Elliott) Townsley and her sister, my great-aunt Delilah (Elliott) Hockett.
For each family member that I can remember in some small way will not be forgotten, but remembered.
